Pipeline CCTV
Surveillance
A remote camera travels through the pipe and shows exactly what is inside: blockages, root intrusion, cracks, displaced joints and collapsed sections. You get recorded footage and a clear picture of the line before anyone digs.
What It Shows
See Inside Before You Dig
Most pipe problems are invisible from the surface. A CCTV survey replaces guesswork with video evidence, so cleaning, repair and replacement are planned on facts.
Locate Blockages
Pinpoint where silt, grease, roots or debris are restricting flow.
Find Structural Defects
Spot cracks, displaced joints, deformation and collapsed sections.
Verify Cleaning
Confirm a line is fully clear after desilting or dechoking.
Recorded Evidence
Footage you can share with engineers, contractors and authorities.
The Process
How We Survey
A Pipeline
From access to findings, a survey you can act on.
Stage 01
Scope & Access
We review the network, agree which lines to survey and identify the access manholes.
Stage 02
Line Preparation
Where heavy silt or water would hide the pipe wall, the line is jetted and cleared first.
Stage 03
Camera Survey
The camera is guided through the pipe while the operator watches and records in real time.
Stage 04
Observation Logging
Blockages and defects are noted with their position along the line as the survey runs.
Stage 05
Footage & Findings
You receive the recorded footage with a summary of what was found and where.

Where We Survey
Lines We Inspect
Wherever a buried pipe needs to be understood before work begins.
Why It Matters
Look First.
Then Act.
Digging up a line to find a fault is slow, disruptive and expensive. A camera survey tells you what the problem is and exactly where it is, so the fix is targeted.
No Exploratory Digging
Find the fault without opening the road or the site.
Targeted Repairs
Fix the section that has failed, nothing more.
Better Maintenance Planning
Know which lines need attention now and which can wait.
Proof of Work
Recorded footage documents the line before and after cleaning.
Frequently Asked
Common Questions
Blockages, silt build-up, root intrusion, cracks, displaced joints, deformation and collapsed sections.
No. The camera goes in through existing manholes or access points.
If heavy silt or standing water would hide the pipe wall, we clear the line first so the footage is useful. Both can be planned as one job.
The recorded footage, along with a summary of the observations and where along the line they were found.
Yes. HYVAX serves Ernakulam and surrounding districts across Kerala. Contact us with your site location and we'll confirm coverage and mobilisation timing.
